It is a spectacular time for golf in Scotland, and Murray Sharp Foundation athlete Alexander Farmer is putting on an absolute masterclass. If you’ve been keeping an eye on the leaderboards lately, you will have seen his name firmly planted at the very top.

Alexander has been on a sensational run of form, capturing three major tournament wins in just the last six weeks!

Here is a breakdown of a truly remarkable month on the greens:

1. The Scottish Students Championship (Moray)

Alexander kicked off his title tear in the north, putting together an incredible performance to claim the Scottish Students Championship at the historic Moray Golf Club.

2. The Renfrewshire Men’s Strokeplay Championship

Returning closer to home, he dominated the field at the Renfrewshire Strokeplay Championship. Carding a blistering 64 and 68, he took home the trophy – closely followed by fellow Foundation athlete Scott Newman in a stellar 1-2 finish for the Murray Sharp Foundation!

3. The Edward Trophy (Glasgow Gailes)

Alexander kept his foot firmly on the gas at Glasgow Gailes. Defying tough competition, he signed for fantastic rounds of 65 and 70 to secure the prestigious Edward Trophy.
