We have incredible news about Scott Newman, one of the young golfers supported by the Murray Sharp Foundation, who is absolutely thriving in his first semester of college golf at Lindsey Wilson University in America!
Scott quickly found his form after settling in, achieving a major breakthrough at the important Mid South Conference Preview event.
Scott delivered a phenomenal result at the Preview, finishing an incredible tied 3rd overall. Crucially, he finished tied 2nd among the seven Lindsey Wilson University players who participated. This gives him a serious chance of securing a team spot for the spring season!
Earlier in the semester, Scott also shone at Gibson Bay, finishing tied 15th out of 60 golfers.

Scott will continue his studies and golf until the 12th of December before returning home for a well-deserved break for Christmas.
