The ice is set and the stones are ready for a thrilling 2025/26 curling season, and with it comes the debut of a formidable new U21 ladies team: Team Hamilton. This newly formed squad isn’t just stepping onto the competitive circuit; they’re sliding in with serious credentials. All four members have demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication, earning coveted places in the Scottish Curling Regional Academy.

With a shared passion for competition and a clear vision for success, Team Hamilton is ready to make their mark. Let’s meet the lineup!

Skip – Rebecca Hamilton

Leading the team from the house is 16-year-old Rebecca Hamilton. In just four years of curling, Rebecca has developed a sharp strategic mind, which she hones in both the Young Farmers league and on the competitive U21 circuit. A natural leader, she has already obtained her Level 1 Curling Coach certificate. When she’s not calling the shots on the ice, Rebecca enjoys horse riding. This season, she is focused on leading her new team to victory and earning a place in the National Academy.
