Ready to Race: Isla McCutcheon Gives an Update on Her Winter Training

It’s been a busy few months for Isla McCutcheon as she prepares for the upcoming race season.

Over the winter, Isla has been competing in the track league every Friday, using the events to stay sharp and maintain her fitness during the off-season.

In early February, Isla took part in Doddie Aid 2025, raising vital funds for MND research. Alongside her team, she cycled an impressive 755 kilometres over four days—an incredible achievement and a testament to her dedication both on and off the bike.

Most recently, Isla returned from an overseas training camp in Calpe, Spain, with her team, Solas. The camp provided the perfect opportunity to log valuable miles under the Spanish sun, completing around 17 hours of riding over six days. Isla expressed her gratitude to the MSF for their support, highlighting how crucial it is to access these kinds of training opportunities.

Next up for Isla is her first race of the season in Linlithgow, where she’s eager to put her hard work into action. We’re proud to support her journey and can’t wait to see what the season holds.

Best of luck, Isla!
